Another episode from my drive home from camp(sorry for the sound quality) on the topic of phrasing your statements to the athletes in an actionable way.

Here we examine a fairly common coaching habit of correcting a symptom, such as not going high enough on a skill, versus correcting the root cause, a muscle group not firing at the right time.
